An opportunity to give yourself the gift of your own restorative healing abilities. Regulate, rejuvenate and rediscover yourself as medicine. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a therapeutic technique that uses intentional breathing to affect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state. Feeling stuck and want to break free? Feeling expansive and wanting to sore? Experiencing the power of your own breath can get you there. What's included: - Intention setting & conversations around our theme - 45min Conscious Connected Breathwork Session which includes sound healing and Reiki throughout - Time to connect and reflect in community afterwards Ceremonies begin at 9:00am and 7:00pm and are approximately 90 minutes in length. Cancellation Policy

Due to limited availability, 48 hour cancellation notice is appreciated. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in you being charged fully for the service and will impact future booking opportunities. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late, will be considered a cancellation. All sales are final, and Vela does not offer any money-back guarantees.
