This is an opportunity to give yourself the gift of your own restorative healing abilities and to come together in community. It is intentional breathing. Sounds hokey, I know.... "So I just lie down and breathe for an hour?"... essentially yes. What makes it special is the method. It is a technique to help you enliven your life (inhale), relax your body (exhale) and consciously connect to yourself... all while "doing" less and simply breathing. By balancing our breath, we can do wonders for the Body, Mind, Heart and Soul. Take it from me... it can completely transform who you know yourself to be.
