What’s Included: Structure - The distinctions and coaching I intuitively channel and unapologetically offer during circles and sessions Flow - Breath/Energy and Sound Healing I'll open the space with a brief reflection exercise to help you find something you your blindspot and then drop into a heart felt music and breath experience for 45 minutes. I will offer distance reiki throughout and a grounding/clearing to complete. If you can't make it, don't fret. If you know me, I'm the gifter that keeps on giving. AND I don’t like creating dependency in the world so I want you to have a takeaway you can use WITHOUT me. So sign up and you’ll receive the recording.
