Be the Light - Community Breathwork Circle An uplifting and transformative experience facilitated by Vela Canta and Raya Friesen. This in-person event is designed to bring our community together through the power of breathwork. Discover the profound benefits of intentional breathing as we create a safe and welcoming space for self-exploration and healing. The Details: Saturday, November 18 & December 16 from 5:00 - 7:30pm Hosted at Vela Academy of Movement in Port Moody $84 What's included: - Intention setting & conversations - 60min Conscious Connected Breathwork Session which includes sound healing and energy healing throughout - Time to connect and reflect in community afterwards All are welcome!
